Our extensive experience has allowed us to recognise the need to provide ongoing support, information, and innovation to the organisations we partner with. We do this in several straight-forward ways:
Pure Physiotherapy has been providing specialist First Contact Physiotherapy support to primary care since the early NHS England trials in 2016, through the Pure MSK brand. This makes us one of the longest providers of this specialist service in the UK.
We have learned and evolved how we support primary care substantially over this time. We are led by a clinical team of advanced clinical practitioners across a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, rheumatological and orthopaedic specialities. Clinical governance and quality assurance are embedded into our practice from top to bottom. Demonstrating this in a transparent and consistent way is something we strive for and approach in several different ways.
We currently have a team of over 350 First Contact Practitioners working across England, supporting over 150 Primary Care Networks (PCNs)
The Pure clinical leadership team works with NHS England on national clinical governance, research and data, and the evolution of the clinical road map structures to ensure consistency and quality across primary care.
We have one multiple awards for our support to primary care networks and continue to innovate with digital and traditional methods of improving patient care as well as reducing pressure on frontline primary care staff.
