Grow & Develop Your Career

pure

Proud to be Pure

Our aim is to ensure that all our staff feel supported both clinically and personally and as such we have really low staff turnover rates.

We have our own well-being and social committee which organises regular team building activities, social events and educational opportunities. This includes a quarterly team challenge where staff are grouped into teams and compete against each other in a friendly competiton to earn points. We also organise nights out, activities such as go-karting and axe-throwing, and have huge summer and Christmas parties where the whole team can get together and let their hair down.

We’re very much of the mindset that we’re all in this together and the team is everything to us! Still not sure? Check out our socials.

  • Daily one-to-one opportunities with peers and senior support.
  • Monthly 1:1 with dedicated line manager.
  • Bi-monthly case review sessions.
  • 6 & 12-month formal review process.

  • Research opportunities linked to local universities and NHS institutions (up to PhD level).
  • Weekly teaching opportunities for senior and junior staff development both in FCP and general MSK physiotherapy.
  • Quarterly national CPD days with nationally and internationally renowned external speakers.

First Contact Practitioner

Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Joining the team at Pure has been a hugely positive experience. It is rare to work in a large company that is still very much clinically-led from the very top. Despite having over 75 clinical staff spread nationally with many working remotely the teamwork and support is amazing. It feels like a company that is going places with huge opportunities for clinical and personal growth.

The flexibility of work shifts, the challenge of the work, and the friendliness of the team create an amazing work culture. So many opportunities to develop and great CPD.

Having been with Pure right from qualifying, I’m really pleased with how they have enabled me to develop and progress me to my current role as an FCP. They have also supported me with further qualifications such as my masters and towards my PhD.
